Korean Peanuts

These Peanuts are the Ultimate Snack to munch on while Grilling !!!



2 Cups Peanuts


4 Tbsp (Msk) Raw Sugar

3 Tbsp (Msk) Canola Oil

1 Tbsp (Msk) Water

2 Tbsp (Msk) Go Chu Jang (Korean Chile Paste)

2 Tbsp (Msk) Doban Jang (Chinese Chile Paste)

2 Tbsp (Msk) SriRacha Sauce

2 tsp (tsk) Go Chu Garu (Korean Chile Powder)

1 tsp (tsk) Garlic Powder

1 tsp (tsk) Onion Powder

2 tsp (tsk) Salt



Start your Oven and set it to 160c FAN (320F)

Place baking paper in a pan

In a pan on the cooker with medium heat, mix Sugar, Oil and Water until dissolved.

Take off the cooker and add all the other ingredients except the Peanuts.


Mix the paste with the Peanuts and spread out in oven-pan


Bake for 10 minutes, stir, bake 10 min, stir, bake 10 min, stir.


Shut down your oven but let the Peanuts remain in oven until cool.
