Ingredients:
Firm Potatos 600g.
1 Cup (2 ½ dl) Veal Stock
2 Tbsp (Msk) Dijon Mustard
4 Tbsp (Msk) White Vinegar
3 Tbsp (Msk) Olive Oil
½ tsp (tsk) Black Pepper Ground
1 Large Onion Chopped & Fried
1 Tbsp (Msk) Chives
¼ tsp (tsk) Garlic Powder
1 Pinch Kosher Salt
Boil the Potatos. Cut them into 1 inch pieces.
Mix everything for the Dressing first then mix in the Potatos.
