Pork Loin Burnt Ends

Well if you can make Burnt Ends with Beef why not with Pork ? 


Potk Loin cut into 1 inch pieces

Kosher Salt

BBQ Rub (Your favorite)


1 1/2 Cup Apple Juice

1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce

1 Tbsp Honey

1 Tbsp Hot Sauce (I use Frank's)

Drip Pan

Aluminum Foil

Cut the Pork Loin into 1 inch pieces. Mix the pieces with Kosher Salt and BBQ Rub.

Put in the fridge for 24 hours

Mix everything for the Marinade

Start your Smoker at 250F (125c) for a 3 hour cue

Place the Meat pieces directly on the grid and cue with a little smoke for 1 1/2 hour.

(I use 2 Hickory Chunks for a good smokey flavor)

After 1 1/2 hour place the Meat pieces in Drip Pan 

Pour over the Marinade and cover tightly with aluminum foil.

Put back on the Smoker and run for another 1 1/2 hour.
