There has always been a rivalry between the East Carolina style Vinegary BBQ Sauce and the West Carolina style more Tomato BBQ Sauce. Both are great with Pulled Pork and we actually had a competition with blind tasting in our family and guess who won? No-one!!! It was a draw!!! So try both and see which one is your favourite!
Ingredients:
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
¼ Cup Ketchup
4 tsp Light Muscovado Sugar
1 tsp Hot Sauce (I use Frank's)
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper Flakes
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
½ tsp Black Pepper
