½ Cup Dark Soy

½ Cup Sugar

¼ Cup Cider Vinegar

3 Tbsp Light Soy

1 Tbsp Runny Honey

2 tsp Sesame Oil

2 Cloves Garlic finely chopped

1 inch (3 cm) Fresh Ginger Minced
