Marinara Tomato Sauce

This! is the Ultimate Tomato Sauce for Meatballs and Pasta. It's Really Rich !!!




2 Cans Chopped San Marzano Tomatoes


1 Yellow Onion chopped


1 Shallot (Schalottenlök) Onion chopped


6 Garlic Cloves chopped


3 tsp Kosher Salt


3 Tbsp Tomato Pure


1 tsp Oregano

Fry the Onions and Garlic Cloves in Olive Oil.

When it starts taking on a little color put in the Tomato Pure and fry 2 minutes.

Pour in the Tomatoes, crush them a little and season with Salt and Oregano.
