Louisiana or Creole Remoulade is the Ultimate Mayo!!!
Ingredients
½ Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Creme Fraiche
3 tsp Fresh Cream
4 tsp Dijon Mustard
5 tsp Cajun SpiceMix (I make my own but Tony Cacheres is good as well)
3 tsp Hot sauce (I use Frank's)
3 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
3 tsp Prepared Horse Radish
9 Cornichon Cucumbers chopped
½ tsp Kosher Salt
