Kung Pao Sauce


Kung Pao Sauce. China's Best!!!

This is a favourite in my Chinese cooking. Has Loads of flavor and Pack's a Punch!!!

 

Ingredients

 

2 Tbsp Chili Bean Sauce (Do Ban Jang, Tobanjan)

 

2 Tbsp Light Soy

 

2 Tbsp Sweet Sherry

 

1 Tbsp Black Vinegar

 

1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce

 

2 tsp Sesame Oil

 

2 tsp Sugar

 

2 Cloves Garlic crushed

 

1 inch (2 cm) Ginger minced

 

1 tsp Hot Chile Powder (Cayenne)

 

2 Tbsp Water mixed with

 

2 tsp Fine Cornflour (Maizena)
