There has always been a rivalry between the East Carolina style Vinegary BBQ Sauce and the West Carolina style more Tomato BBQ Sauce. Both are great with Pulled Pork and we actually had a competition with a blind tasting in our family and guess who won? No-one!!! It was a draw!!!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Cider Vinegar
5 tsp Light Muscovado Sugar
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (or more)
