Ingredients:
250g Cheddar shredded
1 Cup Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
¾ Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chives
Jalapeno Pickled in Slices
Vegetable Oil
Knoxville Dip
1 dl Mayonnaise
1 dl Creme Fraiche
3 tsp Full Fat Cream
4 tsp Dijon Mustard
5 tsp Cajun Seasoning
3 tsp Hot Sauce
3 tsp Worchester Sauce
3 tsp Horse Radish
½ tsp Salt
9 Whole Cornichon Cucumbers finely chopped
1 Slices Pickled Jalapeno finely chopped
Mix everything for the Knoxville dip
For the Cheese Fritters, mix all but the Jalapenos to a paste in machine
Using a scoop take a golf ball size of batter and make into a ball.
Put a Jalapeno slice in the ball and wrap
Brush with Vegetable Oil
Start up Airfryer at 180c (375F) for 3 minutes to warm up
Place Cheese balls in Airfryer and run for 5 minutes
Turn and increase to 200c (400F) Run another 5 minutes
