Ingredients:
Pickled Whole Small Cucumbers (Inlagd Hel Salt-Gurka) cut into halves or slices
1 dl White Corn Flour (Maizena)
1 Egg Whisked
Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp House BBQ Rub (of your choice)
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp White Pepper Ground
Veg. Oil
Creole Dip:
¼ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Creme Fraiche
2 Tbsp Creole (Coarse Grained) Mustard
2 Tbsp Horseradish (Pepparrot)
3 tsp Hot Sauce
1 tsp Cajun Spice Mix
¼ tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsk Lemon Juice
Dip Cucumber pieces in White Corn Flour. Let stand 30 minutes
Dip pieces in White Corn Flour again so that they are completely dry
Mix Panko, Salt, Pepper and BBQ Rub of your choice
Dip Cucumber pieces quickly in the Egg
Dip Cucumber pieces in the seasoned Panko. Let stand for 10 minutes
Dip once more in Seasoned Panko. Let stand another 10 minutes.
Brush pieces with Oil
Set Airfryer to 180c (375F) and heat up for 3 minutes
Fry for 5 minutes. Turn pieces
Increase to 200c (400F) and fry another 5 minutes
Last batch put all in and fry another 5 minutes
