Buffalo Meatballs

These really are the Best Tasting Meatballs I have ever eaten !!!

1 Pound (500g) Ground Beef (Köttfärs)

½ Cup (1 dl) Panko

1 Egg (Ägg)

½ Cup (1 dl) Parmesan Cheese Pulverized

¼ Cup (1/2 dl) Hot Sauce (I use Frank’s)

1 tsp (tsk) Onion Powder (Lökpulver)

1 tsp (tsk) Garlic Powder (Vitlökspulver)

1 tsp (tsk) Salt

1 tsp (tsk) Black Pepper Ground

1 tsp (tsk) Paprika Powder

½ tsp (tsk) Cayenne Pepper Ground


Wing Sauce:


½ Cup (1 dl) Butter Melted (Smör Smält)

½ Cup (1 dl) Hot Sauce (still Frank’s)

2 Tbsp (Msk) Cider Vinegar

2 tsp (tsk) Worchestershire Sauce

3 Tbsp (Msk) Castor Sugar (Strösocker)

½ tsp (tsk) Paprika Powder

½ tsp (tsk) Cayenne Pepper Ground

½ tsp (tsk) Garlic Powder (Vitlökspulver)


Canola Oil for brushing



Mix all the Ingredients for the Meatballs and place the mix in the fridge for 30 minutes.


In the meantime mix everything for the Wing Sauce in another bowl.


Take out the Meatball mix and use an ice-cream scoop or similar instrument

to make golf ball size Meatballs and place them on a plate for easy access.

Brush Meatballs lightly with Canola Oil and also brush the airfryer basket.


Start up your Airfryer to 400F (200c) and run for 3 minutes to warm up.


Place Meatballs in the Basket and fry for 12 minutes.

Take them out of the Basket and pour the Wing Sauce over the Meatballs.

Enjoy them freshly fried when they are Crispy on the outside and Soft on the inside

together with the Flavorful Wing Sauce !!!
