Saffron Blondies



Ingredients

 

3/4 cup (170 g) Smör smält (Butter melted)

 

100g Vit Choklad smält (White Chocolate melted)

 

1 cup (200 g) Ljust Muscovado Socker (Light Muscovado sugar)

 

3/4 cup (150 g) Strösocker (Granulated Sugar)

 

2 Large Eggs

 

2 tsp Vanilla

 

2 cups (250 g) Mjöl (Flour)

 

1 tsp Bakpulver (Baking powder)

 

1 tsp Salt

 

1g Saffron Ground

 

1 cup (150 g) Vita Chokladknappar (White Chocolate Pieces)

 

Set oven for 160c FAN or 350 F regular

 

Line a baking pan 9 x 13 inch (23 x 33 cm)

 

Mix melted butter, melted white chocolate and both sugars until well combined

 

Add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla.

 

Mix flour, baking powder, saffron and salt and mix into eggs

 

Fold in chocolate chips

 

Pour into pan

 

Bake for 28-32 minutes Cool completely before slicing
