Gingerbread Spice Loaf


Ingredients

 

240g Rapeseed oil

1 ½ Cups (300g) Granulated Sugar

½ Cup (100g) Maple Syrup

4 Large Eggs

2 dl Creme Fraiche

3 cups (480g) Flour

2 tsk Baking Powder

1 tsk Baking Soda

2 tsk Vanilla

 1 tsk Salt

 1 Tbsp Cinnamon

 1 Tbsp Ginger

 ½ Tbsp Cloves

 

Oven 160c Fan 175c regular 350F

 

Bake 1 hour 15 min minimum
