Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie



Ingredients


1 Cup (235g) Butter (Smör)

 

1 Cup (200g) Granulated Sugar (Strösocker)

 

½ Cup (100g) Light Muscovado (Ljust Muscovado Socker)

 

2 Large Eggs (Ägg)

 

1 ½ Cup (180g) Flour (Mjöl. jag använder Patisserie)

 

1 tsp (tsk) Baking Powder (Bakpulver)

 

1 tsp (tsk) Baking Soda (Bikarbonat)

 

1 tsp (tsk) Salt

 

2 tsp (tsk) Vanilla (Vaniljsocker)

 

2 Cups (180g) Oats (Havre)

 

1 Cup (260g) Peanut Butter (Jordnöts smör)

 

2 ½ Cup (450g) Chocolate Chips


 

Set oven for 160c FAN or 175c Regular (350F)

 

Mix Butter and Sugar. Add the Eggs one at a time and mix well in between

 

Add the Peanut Butter and mix well

 

In a bowl mix Flour, Oats, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Vanilla

 

Mix in the dry stuff with the Butter/Sugar. Add the Chocolate Chips

 

Put the Cookie Dough in the fridge for 30 minutes to cool down and flavors to mix

 

Take out. Make Golf size balls on a baking sheet. Flatten balls (don’t forget this).

 

Bake 17 – 19 minutes.

 

Cool on sheet for 10 minutes, then on rack
