M & M Cookies



Ingredients:

 

200g Smör mjukt (Butter Soft)

 

200g Socker strö (Granulated Sugar)

 

200g Light Muscovado Sugar

 

2 Stora Ägg (Large Eggs)

 

100g Pecan nuts toasted chopped

 

330g Mjöl (Flour)

 

2 tsp Bikarbonat (Baking soda)

 

2 tsp Vaniljsocker (Vanilla sugar)

 

1 tsp Salt

 

320g M & M Candies

 

Set oven to 160c FAN or 175c Reg. or 350F

 

Toast Pecans for 15 minutes and then chop.

 

Stir together nuts, flour, baking soda, vanilla sugar and salt in a bowl.

 

Cream butter & sugars well.

 

Add eggs one at a time mixing well between each egg.

 

Mix in flour mixture little at a time.

 

Mix in M&M candies.

 

Put in fridge for 30 minutes

 

Put golf size balls on a baking tray

 

Flatten balls and press in 3-4 M&M candies on each

 

Bake 16 minuter
